  Buying Samples

​

POLICY FOR SAMPLES BEING SHIPPED WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:

​

Renaissance Collection or Gold Iridescent glass field tile samples:

​

         - $25 for 4 color swatches

         - $20 for 3 color swatches

         - $15 for 2 color swatches

         - $10 for 1 color swatch

​

          We send 1/4 square feet of each color for samples, either:  

                   

         - Nine 2x2 tiles or

         - Four 3x3 tiles (if available)

         -18 1x2 tiles or

         -36 1x1 tiles

        

 - USPS priority mail shipping is included in each stated charge

 - Total paid for a sample order will be credited toward your first 25-square foot minimum order if placed within 30 days

of your sample order; that is, $25 will be credited if a 4-color sample order was purchased; $20 will be  credited if  a three- color sample order was purchased, etc.

 Jewels glass accent tile samples:

 

 - Charged at wholesale price plus insured USPS priority mail shipping ($7)- see Retail Price List

 - Must be 4 different patterns

 - 1"x 1" ($6 per tile) or 2"x 2" ($16 per tile) sizes available for samples, limited to stock on hand

 Shell Beach or Jewel Inlays samples:

​

 - Representative 11" sample of Shell Beach available for $25, plus insured USPS priority mail shipping ($7)

 - Representative 4" sample of Jewel Inlays available for $15, plus insured USPS priority mail shipping ($7)

 - $20 will be credited toward your first 25 square feet minimum order, if placed within 30 days of your sample order.

 - Shipping charges to international addresses are the responsibility of recipient, as well as any customs, tariffs, duties, etc., associated with the shipment

 - If you have a UPS or FedEx account, we can ship the samples by one of these carriers and bill the charges to your UPS or  FedEx account

 - If you have a DHL or other freight carrier account, you can arrange to have the samples picked up from our Manteca,   California factory

DISCLAIMER 

 

 

Lightstreams Glass Tiles are hand-crafted, art quality glass. All stated sizes are nominal.  It is inherent that there will be differences in color, shape, and texture from tile to tile, from manufacturing run to manufacturing run.  Samples are intended to give you an idea of the general look, feel, and quality of the glass, but, especially for the Jewels tiles, color and internal texturing may be very different from piece to piece and manufacturing run to manufacturing run of the same part number (like dye lots in fabric).   Therefore, please order enough tile with your initial order so that you don't run short and have to order additional tile which may come from a different manufacturing run.  We suggest ordering 10% more than the exact amount of tile you require.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Due to the custom nature of Lightstreams Glass Tile, all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or credit.

We do not accept returns of unused tile.
